This schedule is meant to give you an idea of your child’s day. Actual times and activities may vary depending on time of the year, weather, age and temperament of the children. Age appropriate activities are scheduled with the flexibility allowed to respond to the needs of each individual child and their various ages.

8:30 – 9:00 drop-offs, welcome children, interactive, exploration free-play
9:00 – 9:30 circle-time (stories, songs, preschool review, show & tell, sharing)
9:30 – 10:00 arts & crafts, manipulatives & center choices
10:00 – 10:20 wash up, family style snack & social sharing
10:20 – 10:40 outside play-time & games with gross-motor skills emphasis
10:40 – 11:00 science exploration & learning about the animal of the week
11:00 – 11:40 free-play activities, dramatic & outside play, AM class pick-ups
11:40 – 12:00 wash-up & family style lunch, clean up
12:00 – 12:30 rest time and/or quiet time (some children may nap longer)
12:30 – 1:00 outside play, interactive, exploration free-play activities, drop-offs
1:00 – 1:30 circle-time (stories, songs, zoo phonics, music, sharing)
1:30 – 2:00 arts & crafts, manipulatives, matching
2:00 – 2:20 wash up, family style snack & social sharing
2:20 – 2:40 outside play-time & games with gross-motor skills emphasis
2:40 – 3:00 science exploration & animal of the week activity
3:00 – 3:30 free-play activities, dramatic & outside play, pick-ups
