Enrollment Packet
The documents that need to be filled out and turned in before your child/ren may attend WildWoods Wonderland are listed below and available for you to print out.
In addition to these documents being completed, we will need a paper copy of your child/ren’s vaccination card on file. California state licensing mandates that proof of vaccination is up to date for each child that is enrolled in a family child care home facility.
Other things to know: we have some fun animal friends here at Wildwoods including bantam chicken friends & some bunny friends!
